Week 36... Super late post!

This week went by very quickly for me.  We had A LOT of appointments as well that didn't help with the craziness of it all!

I had an impromtu dinner with Jillian on Monday night and it was so nice to just have a girls night :) The food was great as well!  I had never been to Rudy's in Camarillo for Mexican food!  It was delicious!  I even brought home Clark a chimichanga because they were so amazing!

Tuesday, we didn't have anything so I rested and finished boxing up the last of the orders!  I am officially done with the custom orders!  WOOHOO!!

Wednesday was more of a busy day.  We took Clark's truck into the shop to get his truck fixed up.... boy that was expensive... You have to love spending $2,000 on getting a truck fixed!  I swear, getting a car fixed is never cheap!  Especially since at the beginning of the year we had another expense on the truck like this one!  This, is one of the main reasons why I like buying new cars over used haha!  So, Clark was car-less until Friday.  On Wednesday, we took my car to the fire department at the airport to get the car seat installed!  I actually learned WAY more about installing car seats than I thought there was to it!  I can count so many people who do NOT follow what you are supposed to do for proper car seat usage!  Good thing we went... now we are informed and we know how to install, fix and tighten it all!

Granted, now we are debating on whether or not to get a new car for me.  Unfortunately, Clark's height makes him have to recline back a lot or his head hits the roof of my car... Now, his knees touch my dashboard because he has to be pushed all the way forward.  I just don't want another car payment, personally.  The truck will be the main transportation vehicle for the family now.  Granted, we did just put over $5,000 in it this year!  So, I think we can hold off... but we keep debating back and forth.  Clark did tell me when we move, we will need a new car for the all wheel drive... We shall see!

Thursday, I had gone into work early with Clark because of the fact that he didn't have a car... so I drove him in early and stayed there myself.  Thursday was a difficult day in regards to waking up with really blurry vision (even with my contacts in) and a massive pounding headache.  I had gone to Dr. Barnes and told her that I was having these symptoms and on top of it, bloody noses each day so far of the week.  She was really concerned and put me on light work duty with more bed rest.

I was told I had to get blood panels done as well as a 24 hour urine sample.  What else can possibly go wrong during this pregnancy?!  She told me that other than the fact that my urine had NO protein in it, all my signs show to preeclampsia, so she wanted to either rule it out completely or get a definite answer on whether or not I have it.  Apparently, I can't be superwoman anymore.  I can't work a full 40 hour week and come home to do candles, yet alone clean the house, cook dinner, etc.  She told me I do too much.  What can I say?  I have always been a go-getter.  I've never had the option to work "less" of a work week.  Even when I was going to school full time I still worked full time.  I've never really had to slow down.

Other than that, Anson is still doing well, he is "head down" according to Dr Barnes, especially since his heart was SO incredibly low on my belly.  I am only measuring 1 week ahead now, so he must have just gone through a growth spurt the last few times I went.  We go in for an ultrasound sometime next Wednesday to see measurements of his weight and position.

Friday... Friday was a busy day for me, even when I was supposed to be on "bed rest".  I won't lie there is to much to do and I had to get them done!  I swear, people who can just chill back... please tell me your ways because I don't get the concept of being lazy apparently.  I have always thought I was "lazy" but now I know that I am most definitely not!  I had gone out to get my blood work done, I went to the bank, went to Michaels to get one last thing for the maternity pictures, went to get Clark on lunch, went to get his car, got waxed, went to Babies R Us and dropped off candles and a baby shower gift to Tasha!  I had a full day, but I promised myself that Saturday and Sunday I would be down watching Netflix or Hulu all day.  Clark wasn't so thrilled, but we have things to do!

Saturday, Clark lectured me like crazy.  From the time I woke up until the time I went to bed... I wasn't allowed to do anything :(  I did do some needlework for the stockings I am now doing.  Let me just say, the stockings are much harder than I had anticipated.  Of course the first one I am working on, gave me little directions and I have to cut everything out without a stencil, etc.!  The others have lines on where to cut, what stitch to sew, etc.!  By 2:00 p.m. I was feeling "depressed" because I couldn't do anything.  I felt so bored just watching tv and working on the stockings.  By then, Clark was on his way home.  My mom and dad actually got us some empanadas from Buenos Aires Grill in Northridge :) Can't say no to those!  Even Clark loves them!!  They were gone in a heart beat haha!  That was lunch!  I fought with Clark for about 20 minutes and he finally let me do the massive amount of dishes we had in the kitchen.  Granted, my feet hurt after doing them because I have to be moving, not stationary, in order to not have my feet go numb haha!  We watched some more shows, had dinner and Clark continued to clean.  I, on the other hand, wanted to go on a walk!

We've walked at least a mile a day since I have been pregnant... much more in the beginning!  It is getting harder for me to walk.  It is worse when the dogs look back at you and all you can imagine them thinking is "hurry up!".  I definitely feel gravity working it's magic!

Sunday... another day of laziness because I am not supposed to do anything!  I pretty much did the same as Saturday and tidied up a bit... Then we had our maternity pictures :) I am so excited to see how they come out!!!  A huge thanks to Kali Yahn Photography :) If you want to see her blog/pictures, here is her website!  We won't be getting ours for about a week or two... but enjoy her other beautiful pictures!  http://kaliyahnphotography.tumblr.com/

**********STOP READING THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ ALL THINGS TMI!!!**********

Well, the whole point of this blog was to keep family members informed who aren't local as well as friends... It was also supposed to be meant for all things good, bad and ugly in my pregnancy.

Well, the bad and the ugly is my vagina hurts like hell!  Yep, if you don't want to read this, stop reading now!  It only gets worse!

I get this awful sharp pain in my hoohaa!  Especially at the end of the walk... I am pretty much holding my crotch looking like a pervert because the pressure helps relieve the pain.  I also have started getting stretch marks in the pubic hair area.  Since I still get full brazillian waxes, I have noticed that I have been getting larger stretch marks.  I figure that is from my pelvic area stretching more.  Granted, it is pretty funny because my "vagina has hiccups" is the best way to explain it all!  I am almost positive Anson is head down because it is a strange feeling!

I also have these awful stretchmarks that no one seems to believe until you actually see them!  I get the "OMG those are awful" or the "Wow, those are ugly, but they will go away" speeches all the time.  Yes, I have tried pretty much everything possible known to mankind.  Unfortunately, nothing worked for me.  For having such elastic skin... my stomach must not have gotten the memo!

That is my bad/ugly for the week... I am sure as it goes on... that they will start getting worse haha!
