Not only is it a day to celebrate my mom's birthday it happens to be Clark's and my 4 year wedding anniversary.
When I got into the office, I got a beautiful card, balloon (if anyone knows me, I LOVE balloons and cards) and a bouquet of long stem roses, that I turned into short stem roses to fit in a vase!
During the day, my grandma bought Clark and I an edible arrangement, which was delicious!! The day was very low key and I was honestly expecting very little for the night time to come around.
Clark came up around 3:00 to tell me there were dinner reservations at Milano's Italian on the Harbor, but we winded up going to Ottavios because Milanos (on their menu) has a lot of raw items that go into their dishes. It was so hot that Clark and I ate the bread that came, ordered some mozerella sticks and 2 salads.
After dinner, we went to Golf N' Stuff. Never did I think I would have such a hard time bending down to pick up the ball ha! Clark wound up having to pick up the ball for me towards the end!
After dinner, we went to get ice cream at Coastal Cone at the harbor.... SOOOOO good :)
The night ended absolutely perfectly, with me falling asleep on the way home :) It is amazing how quickly I get tired now!
My husband has been nothing but amazing during this pregnancy. Anyone who knows me, knows I don't clean. I don't like cleaning but I can make a huge mess! What can I say, I would rather hire a maid than clean. Clark has been cleaning like a champ, cooking, giving me lavish foot rubs, etc. I have never felt so spoiled by him before. So, a huge thanks to Clark :) I love you baby!
How far along? 15 Weeks!
Total weight gain/loss: 8 lbs and holding firm.
Maternity clothes? YES! I can't get enough of them. Probably some of the comfiest clothes I have ever purchased.
Stretch marks? Unfortunately
Sleep: Sleep is going well, however, I am waking up every couple hours.
Best moment this week: Out anniversary
Miss Anything? I really miss being able to take OTC medications. I have been sick for the last three days and living off of benadryl when I know mucinex would clear this right up! I also really miss Jersey Mikes sandwiches.
Movement: Not yet, but I am feeling a lot of pressure.
Food cravings: Nothing at the moment.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope.
Have you started to show yet: The belly is definitely blooming!
Gender prediction: Everyone but Clark's side of the family says boy :) But they have good reason to say girl, since all we have are nieces!
Belly Button in or out? In
Happy or Moody most of the time: Moody and crying a lot because of all of the drama we have had to partake in the last two weeks.
Looking forward to: Mother's Day :) I can finally cook something for my mom!
